Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at the Delhi airport/railway station, our tour representative will escort you to the hotel pre-decided for your stay. Complete the check-in process and enjoy a relaxing stay.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
On the 2nd day of the Forts and Palaces of India journey, our guide will pick you up and drive you to the popular tourist attractions such as India Gate, Jama Masjid, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Parliament House, Gandhi Memorial, Qutub Minar Complex, Humayun’s Tomb and Red Fort. Our expert guide will entertain you with interesting stories about these attractions.

Day 03 : Delhi - Mandawa (256 km/5.5 hours drive)
Early morning, after breakfast, take a road trip to Mandawa. The town lies amidst the famous Golden Triangle destinations - Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. On reaching Mandawa, check-in to your hotel. In the evening, you will be taken to the Shekhawati region, also known as the ‘Open Art Gallery of India’. Explore the beautifully painted Havelis and later enjoy a camel ride for about an hour.

Day 04 : Mandawa - Bikaner (193 km/3.5 hours drive)
Today, we will drive from Mandawa to Bikaner, a city known for its intricately carved jharokhas (windows). Once reached, check-in to the hotel and relax. Later, go out for a sightseeing tour of Bikaner. Start with a visit to the 17th-century old Junagarh Fort. Other major attractions covered in this tour include Karan Mahal, Anup Mahal, and Bijai Phool Mahal. Post sightseeing, drive back to the hotel.

Day 05 : Bikaner - Jaisalmer (329 km/5.5 hours drive)
Following a leisurely breakfast, take a road trip to Jaisalmer. It is an erstwhile princely state in the heart of the Thar Desert. Upon arrival, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. Later, visit the local markets of Jaisalmer. Afterward, return to the hotel.

Day 06 : Jaisalmer Sightseeing
Post breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer. Start by visiting Jaisalmer Fort, perched atop Trikuta Hill. Besides, you can visit the local Havelis of Jaisalmer, including Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli, and Patwon-Ki-Haveli, famous for their stone carving and lattice work. In the evening, enjoy the camel safari till sunset. Later, return to the hotel.

Day 07 : Jaisalmer - Jodhpur (281 km/5 hours drive)
After breakfast, check-out, then leave by road for Jodhpur, also called the “Blue City” due to houses painted in blue color. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Later, go out on a sightseeing tour covering Mehrangarh Fort-one of the largest forts in India, and Jaswant Thada, a 19th-century white cenotaph built to commemorate Maharaja Jaswant Singh. The evening is free to explore the local bazaars or simply relax. Later, drive back to the hotel.

Day 08 : Jodhpur - Udaipur (250 km/5 hours drive)
Savor a scrumptious meal and check-out from the hotel. Today, you will drive from Jodhpur to Udaipur, the “City of Lakes,” by road. On the way, visit the Ranakpur temples, the Jain pilgrimage center of Rajasthan. Visit the famous Chaturmukh temple, famous for its exquisite art and architecture. Upon arrival, check-in to the Lake Palace. The evening is free to stroll around the local bazaars and shop for handicraft items.

Day 09 : Udaipur Sightseeing
Early morning, set out for a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. The places you will visit in Udaipur include Saheliyon Ki Bari, Jagdish Temple, a fine example of Indo-Aryan architecture, the majestic City Palace, and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir. The evening is scheduled for a boat cruise in Lake Pichola. Afterward, return to the hotel.

Day 10: Udaipur - Pushkar (298 km/5.5 hours drive)
Start the day with a healthy breakfast and then take a road journey to Pushkar, known for its spiritual significance and architecturally beautiful temples. Upon arrival in Pushkar, you will be transferred to the hotel. In the evening, visit the famous Brahma Temple, dedicated to the Hindu creator God Brahma followed by a boat cruise. After the tour, drive back to the hotel.

Day 11 : Pushkar - Jaipur (145 km/3 hours drive)
On day 12 of your Forts and Palaces Tour of India, drive towards Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, follow the check-in process and straighten your back. Spend the rest of the day indulging in activities of your choice.

Optional: Visit the ethnic village resort ‘Chokhi Dhani’ to savor local Rajasthani food.
Day 12 : Jaipur Sightseeing
Wake up to a lovely morning and go out for an excursion to the famous Amer Fort. Hop on the elephant and ascend to the entrance point of Amber Fort. In the afternoon, enjoy the sightseeing tour of Jaipur covering City Palace, a palatial complex showcasing a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture, Jantar Mantar, a royal observatory housed with astronomical instruments, and the local bazaars. Post tour, return to the hotel.

Day 13 : Jaipur - Agra (237 km/4.5 hours drive)
After breakfast, check-out, and hit the road to Agra. On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri (the deserted Mughal town built by emperor Akbar). Jama Masjid, The Buland Darwaza, the Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhawan, and Panch Mahal are worth visiting attractions in Fatehpur Sikri. Upon arrival in Agra, check-in to the hotel and retire for the day.

Day 14 : Agra - Delhi (240 km/4.5 hours drive)
This is the last day of your Forts and Palaces India tour. So after a leisurely breakfast, proceed towards the magnificent Taj Mahal. Built in the 17th century, the Taj Mahal is recognized as one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the World’. Next, head to Red Fort, also called Agra Fort, the erstwhile formidable base of Mughal rulers. End the Agra sightseeing tour with a visit to Itmad-Ud-Daulah tomb, also known as Baby Taj.
By afternoon, leave by road for Delhi. On reaching Delhi, you will be transferred to the airport/railway station for the onward journey.
